After 2 years we could finally get away for a weekend. Thanks to Roompot it was a super weekend. But we will NEVER book through Belvilla AGAIN. They are totally unreachable and promises to call back are not kept. You can only get in touch when it comes to money. Otherwise you have to make do with voicemail, emails that don't arrive and promises to be called back. Out of necessity, I eventually contacted Roompot, and thanks to them we were able to move the holiday, of course because of Corona, to the time and place where we wanted. Roompot will be on our list again next time, but no longer via Belvilla.
Everything went difficult via Belvilla (contact in advance, several emails, etc... about bed linen, double charges and contact with people from India? Contact went better via Roompot.+ house was clean+ staff was nice+ enough playground for kids+ beds good + house nice and spacious swimming pool very small and overdue maintained opening hours bar closed 21:00 was disappointing - chose rabbit far too short 5 to 10 minutes - both pool tables defective during a large part of the stay dinner had to make some concessionsUnderstand that staff is difficult ... but they do pay the full price.
The stay there was fantastic, close to the sea, beautiful house and good service, it was annoying that we had booked through belvilla, because of this we could not approach Roompot directly, but had to do it via belvilla, quite cumbersome all,
A wonderfully spacious holiday home for our family of five. For the official 10 people, the kitchen is especially on the tight side (normal 4-burner gas stove). Advantages: the sauna, the two bathrooms (one with a bath), good ventilation, large garden around, wonderful beds. Small downside: checking out before 10:00 in the morning is a bit early.
Fine! Check-in was well arranged. Accommodation was very good. We lacked nothing. Plenty of space, we were 8. Accommodation was against the dune, so really against the beach. This was beyond our expectations. In short: fantastic
Everything was as desired, only a toaster would have been handy
