This stunning villa located in Zottegem in East Flanders is a beautiful 6-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Perfect for a large group of families with children.
The villa is at the foot of the rolling hills of the Flemish Ardennes, in Zottegem. Zottegem is known as the 'Gateway to the Flemish Ardennes', and is a vibrant town with a busy town centre, 2.9 km away, and has restaurants and nightlife. It has an archaeological museum where you can see how people lived in prehistoric times, or visit the 19th-century country style of Breivelde Castle estate. Other nice destinations in the area include Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and Ghent. There is a forest 1.9 km away, great for hiking and cycling, and a tennis court is 2 km away. There is also a lake 13 km away, and a bike rental 5 km way.
The villa itself has plenty to keep you amused. There is an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor bar and a poolhouse that also contains a sauna with a shower. There is also a terrace, a garden with furniture, a barbecue, and billiards. If you are travelling with children, a children's bed and high chair is also available. If you want a heated swimming pool upon arrival, you will have to pay € 90 for this in addition to € 30 per night.
The nearest airport is Brussels Airport, 56 km away, and public transport is 2.9 km away. There is also a train station 5 km away, and a ferry port 80 km away.
Due to the peaceful nature of this property, it is not rented to groups of young people who wish to party.

Heerlijk weekendje gehad met de familie. Het huis was ruim genoeg en interessant voor alle leeftijden. Genoeg te doen als je gewoon binnen wil blijven of bij het zwembad wil liggen. Voor ons wel nog te koud om te zwemmen, maar de sauna maakte veel goed. Enige minpuntje is dat de foto's van de tuin (niet het zwembad) eigenlijk niet bij (ons deel van) het huis horen. Deze hadden er beter niet bij gestaan, of meer duiding gekregen. Maar alles bij elkaar zijn wij zeer tevreden van ons verblijf.
We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en responsief, wat alles soepel maakte, De plek was net en gezellig, en we voelden ons meteen thuis, De BBQ en de tuin waren perfect voor familiediners, Al met al een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen
Deze villa is een absolute parel! We verbleven hier met een groep vrienden en hadden de beste tijd, Het buitenzwembad was een hoogtepunt, vooral na een dag verkennen van de prachtige Vlaamse Ardennen, We genoten van barbecues in de tuin en het spelen van biljart in de avonden, De ruime slaapkamers boden comfortabel onderdak aan al onze 20 gasten, Het centrum van Zottegem is slechts een korte rit verderop, met leuke restaurants om uit te proberen, Sterk aanbevolen om kasteel Breivelde te bezoeken
We hadden een geweldige tijd in deze villa! Ik hield van het buitenzwembad en de sauna was zo'n leuke toevoeging na een lange dag wandelen in het nabijgelegen bos, De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor het koken voor onze groep een fluitje van een cent was, Zou zeker terugkomen!
A lovely spot for a vacation, We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space, and the decor gave the villa a cozy feel, The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Quel endroit fantastique pour des vacances en groupe ! Le billard et le tennis de table nous ont divertis, et la piscine était parfaite pour se détendre, Nous avons également aimé les sentiers de randonnée à proximité dans les Ardennes flamandes
