Description
This luxury villa is located in the north of the largest Wadden Island Texel with its wide sandy beaches. From the large terrace you have a view of the extensive Krimbos. Ideal for families.
The centre of De Cocksdorp is 400 m away with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are in a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For walkers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk.
The villa has a spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen. The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom. You can park your car at the villa. Beds are made upon arrival. If you use the camp bed, you have to bring your own sheets and blankets.

Super gezellig en perfect voor gezinnen, De tuin is een hele sfeer voor hangouts, en het nabijgelegen strand is slechts een korte fietstocht verwijderd, WiFi is ook solide, dus geen zorgen over het plaatsen van die zonsondergang foto's
Grand espace, lits confortables et propre! Op loopafstand van restaurants en het strand, Geweldige plek voor een zomervakantie, 10/10 zou aanbevelen voor groepsreizen
Een prachtige verblijf in een rustige omgeving, De villa was modern en schoon, met een prachtig uitzicht, We genoten van onze wandelingen rond De Cocksdorp en de nabijgelegen nationale parken
Een uitstekende keuze voor gezinnen! De indeling is praktisch en de locatie is fantastisch voor het verkennen van Texel, We hebben vooral genoten van het nabijgelegen natuurreservaat, de Slufter
Een fantastisch pand! We genoten van de moderne voorzieningen, vooral de open haard op de kamer voor koude avonden, De tuin was goed onderhouden en perfect om te ontspannen
Deze villa is een hele vibe! Ruime keuken om wat geweldige maaltijden te koken met vrienden, Dicht bij het strand en die schattige winkels in De Cocksdorp, Komt zeker terug voor een andere chill sessie
