This is a very popular house because of its central location in Germany and not far from many different active / cultural activities. Bad Arolsen/Twistesee offers a beach pool with a playground and terrace. ResidenzSchloss Arolsen castle is not far either and is built in Baroque style. National Park Kellerwald Edersee is a park of 5700 hectares with walking and cycling paths. Baumkronenweg Edersee offers unique tree top walks. Cafe Emma, Am Pranger and Kiepe are some restaurants worth visiting. You can ski with the whole family in Willingen, about 40 km from Ober-Waroldern.
The centrally heated home has a private terrace, where you can enjoy your meals. The private garden is the perfect spot to unwind. Barbecue and a well-equipped kitchen let you cook sumptous meals and enjoy them on the dining table (suitable for 22 guests). All the rooms are equipped with heating facility so that you don't feel cold. The home has its own parking facilities for at least 10 cars. For your entertainment purpose, there is a table tennis table and football game (for its usage, it is advisable to ask the owner).

Nice, neat and spacious. Very nice people. Well remodeled. Beautiful garden and beautiful surroundings
Everything went smoothly. The house was big enough for 10 adults and 11 children. A 2-bed room even remained free. The lounge with table football was a highlight for the children. There is a lot to explore in the area. We can highly recommend the house and area!
We had a wonderful long weekend with Peter and Annemarie. The house was very spacious and practicable for 10 adults and 6 children. The hosts were really friendly, helpful and flexible. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We liked it very much!
Very nice house with lots of space for large groups. The rooms are a bit nooks and crannies and you need a day to find your way around 😅 but the rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. The garden offers plenty of space to play and eat together outdoors. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Gladly again.
Thank you for the lovely stay! We had a great weekend in the house with 11 friends. It is a bit nested, but offers each or each smaller group a space of their own. Otherwise nothing was missing in the house! The small hall in particular was great for sitting together longer in the evenings. We would love to come back and thank you especially for the warm welcome in the house!
We were a group of 10 adults and 8 children. The house is well equipped for large groups and, thanks to the large kitchen, cozy living room, separate lounge and beautiful large garden (also with seating), offers enough space for everyone in any weather. Thanks to various bathrooms and toilets, there is no long queuing necessary. For the children there are plenty of opportunities to play on site and in the garden. The landlords live next door and are very nice and helpful. They also offer a carriage ride with a small pony and the children can dress up for it. We'll definitely be back!
