This simple residence with flats is located in Paciano. The flats are simply furnished and are spread over several floors. The house is simply and cosily furnished. With 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the house is big enough for 5 people. Families will have a wonderful time here.
The town is an ideal base for exploring and visiting Umbria. For example, take a day trip to Perugia, which is already 40 km from the house. You can also take endless walks and bike rides in the area.
In front of the house is a small, shared terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine. You can cool off in the swimming pool. Here you have a beautiful view of Paciano.
The property may differ slightly from the photos in terms of furnishings, but the comfort level is the same. Energy costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) will be charged separately based on consumption.

l "Olivo is a nice place! On the edge of a beautiful medieval village. apartment is big and clean. prima.Het pool adjacent balcony or the other apartments. Went here plek.We definitely go back
On arrival we arrived later than the time when you can pick up (15:00 to 18:00 pm) key. Along the way, we called and we would not be on time. That was not a problem. At half past 10 "in the evening we arrived and were able to pick up the key. Apartment was quite dated. Beds and mattresses are particularly bad. Whatever it was made up for the beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment. Area is very nice and a excellent starting point for walks and excursions to various bijzienswaardigheden and towns in the area.
Onze ervaring bij Belvilla was over het algemeen zeer aangenaam, Het appartement was schoon en ruim, met voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, Hoewel de meubels eenvoudig waren, had het alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf, Het zwembad was een leuke aanvulling, en we hebben een paar middagen ontspannen bij het zwembad doorgebracht, Het gebied is rustig, wat we op prijs stelden, maar nog steeds dicht bij leuke eetgelegenheden zoals L'Oca Bruciata, op slechts een korte wandeling afstand, Een goede keuze als je op zoek bent naar een praktische basis om de regio te verkennen
We hadden een hele leuke tijd bij Belvilla by OYO Olivia, De plek was schoon en gezellig, precies wat we nodig hadden na een dag verkennen in Umbrië, De keuken had alles om wat maaltijden te bereiden, wat ons een beetje geld heeft bespaard, Bovendien was het welkomstgeschenk zo'n lieve attentie!
Deze plek heeft een rustieke charme die we behoorlijk aantrekkelijk vonden, De meubels zijn eenvoudig maar functioneel, en we waardeerden de ruime woonruimtes, De eigenaar was vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat onze ervaring nog beter maakte, Hoewel de inrichting niet precies zoals op de foto's was, voelden we ons comfortabel en hadden we alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf, We zouden zeker overwegen om terug te komen!
We waren met een groep van 5 en hadden voldoende ruimte, De host was super vriendelijk en gastvrij, De netheid was perfect! Het enige nadeel waren de extra kosten voor energie, maar eerlijk gezegd was het het waard voor het comfort en gemak, Zou zeker weer komen
