The stay in Opperode was an all-round success. A very beautiful environment with numerous possibilities for excursions. The apartment and its landlord leave nothing to be desired. The cleanliness in particular is excellent.
We were received very hospitable on arrival. The owner has given a tour of the house and explained a few things. Everything looked very clean, and the house is nicely decorated. Great beds, only the pillows are very flat. Beautiful area, there is much to do in the area. The Harz area is very nice for both driving and walking. We had a wonderful week with super good weather!
We arrived earlier, instead of 4 o'clock we arrived at 2 o'clock. No problem. Everything was already in readiness. The previous tenants had left earlier. The accommodation is superb. You can not think of it as crazy or it was present. For children, the pirate bedroom is fantastic, I think, I would make it a general bedroom, if you know that there are young children, pirate attributes can always be added. The environment was good, 5 minutes and you are in the woods. The town of Ballenstedt, also there you are within 5 minutes. The FeWo is located in Oppenrode. There are many villages in the area that are worthwhile.

Friendly hosts and very well equipped apartment
Very nice lovingly furnished apartment. Pleasant friendly landlords. The apartment is located in the Ostharz in Ballenstedt. From there are many interesting excursion destinations to reach quickly. A recommendation I would give the landlord still. Instead of a short bed in pirate shape, a normal bed would be nice for adults to feel good. If only adults would rent the apartment would not be very suitable.
