In summer, a visit to the pretty medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. You will find many lovely shops and cosy terraces here. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the River Mur Cycling Trail here. This is a famous cycle path along the River Mur right through the region.
