The apartment boasts three bedrooms—two on the first floor (one with beds combined to form a double) and one more tucked away on the upper floor for extra privacy. The modern bathroom includes a bath/shower combo and toilet. A washing machine, cot, high chair, and stair gate make the home family-ready. Step out onto your private balcony for morning coffee or sunset views over the surrounding greenery and waterfront.

As of April 1st, please note that the swimming pool, catering facilities, Fun & Entertainment, and Sports & Games are no longer available. While the reception and bike rental remain open, the on-site supermarket now operates with adjusted hours: closed Monday through Thursday, open Friday from 13:00 to 18:00, and Saturday/Sunday from 08:00 to 13:00. Please be advised that restaurant reservations are only possible up to and including April 1st, and an updated floor plan has been provided to reflect these changes.
