A dream house with 5 bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 people with a private swimming pool (non-heatable) surrounded by natural surroundings.
It has a large garden with 2.000m2 with beautiful fruit trees and a spacious lawn area for children to run and play in, large indoor and outdoor spaces, and a children's playhouse with toys.1 large master bedroom with double bed, television and bathtub with views, plus an ensuite bathroom and dressing room. 1 bedroom with a double bed and access to an upper attic with 1 trundle bed, this bedroom is a family type, being the perfect attic for children. 1 bedroom with two single beds.

There are another 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, an American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay. In the house we can find air conditioning in several rooms, a living room with television and a large lounge with furniture of the best quality. There are several terraces with outdoor dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a chill out room with views of the garden.
Villa has a private swimming pool (heatable with a surcharge to 25-26 degrees) which is fully protected with shutter doors, perfect for keeping children safe and ideal for use in summer and winter. It also has parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
This house is ideal for large families or groups of people looking for luxury and total privacy.
Ingenio, is a very quiet village which helps you to disconnect and relax, but at the same time it is only a 30 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!

Wat een ongelooflijk verblijf! De ruimtelijkheid van de villa stelde ons in staat om ons meteen thuis te voelen, We hielden vooral van de chill-out kamer met uitzicht op de tuin - het was een prachtige plek om te ontspannen met een boek, De hosts waren erg vriendelijk en gastvrij, Als je op zoek bent naar privacy en comfort, is dit de plek voor jou
A lovely stay overall, The house was clean and had everything we needed, The host was very friendly and accommodating, The only downside was the lack of heating for the pool, but we still enjoyed it
The house is beautifully designed and very clean, with plenty of room for everyone, The master bedroom with the bathtub and views was a lovely touch, The location in Ingenio is peaceful, which we appreciated after busy days exploring Gran Canaria
We stayed here for a week, and it was perfect for our needs, The house is large and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, The location is quiet, which was great for unwinding after a day of exploring, The kids enjoyed the playhouse and the garden, and we felt safe with the pool being child-proof, Would definitely come back!
Cette villa a une ambiance incroyable ! La piscine privée est un atout majeur, et le jardin ? Parfait pour des moments de détente ou des pique-niques pour Instagram, Super spacieux, comme 5 chambres spacieuses, donc parfait pour un week-end en groupe, De plus, la climatisation est indispensable, et ils l'ont bien fait, Sans exagérer, la baignoire avec vue est un objectif, L'emplacement est assez tranquille, loin de l'agitation mais assez près pour se rendre à Maspalomas si vous voulez profiter de la plage
Notre famille a passé un moment merveilleux chez Belvilla par OYO ! La piscine privée était un succès auprès des enfants, et nous avons adoré nous détendre dans le jardin spacieux, La maison est magnifiquement entretenue et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade relaxante, La chambre principale avec la baignoire et la vue était la cerise sur le gâteau ! Je recommande vivement pour les grandes familles ou les groupes
