The resort is located in the village of Jeleń, Borne Sulinowo commune in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, approx. 8 km from Borne Sulinowo and approx. 10 km from Szczecinek. The village is bordered by two lakes - from the south there is Lake Jeleń, and from the north Lake Świdno-Siarcze.
The resort is located 200 meters from a charming, small beach with a gentle descent to the water and a shore developed with small architecture. There are shaded and sunny places here, sandy and grassy parts - so everyone will find a place for pleasant lazing around.
The resort's surroundings are picturesque areas with great recreational values, and the resort itself is an excellent starting point for hiking, cycling, kayaking, horseback riding or long walks for those practicing Nordic Walking. Forest complexes rich in mushrooms and berries, picturesque meadows, numerous lakes make this landscape unforgettable.
The resort has a volleyball court, a mini football pitch and a playground for children. Guests have access to tennis tables, billiards, table football and a large covered grill, which operates regardless of weather conditions. You can also light bonfires in several designated places on the resort grounds. Guests can also use equipment such as kayaks, water bikes, swimming boards, boats and touring bikes.
The wooden 4-person cottage has a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom. There is one double bed in the living room and two single beds in the bedroom. Each cottage has a covered terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery, plates and other items needed to prepare a meal as well as a kettle, gas stove and fridge. The cottage is equipped with a grill, beach loungers and garden furniture (table, chairs).
