Description
This comfortable and inviting villa is located near the centre of beautiful Stavelot, as well as the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
The villa is spread out entirely on one storey and offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a tastefully furnished interior. The rooms circle the patio - a real skylight - where there's a decorative pond and aquatic plants.
The villa is surrounded by a huge green garden with a 1.7 m deep swimming pool, a large lawn and swing for children.
There are countless activities nearby. Must-visits include exploring the town of Stavelot and its abbey, Coo waterfall, Plopsa park for children and the countless walks or bike rides in the Ardennes countryside (note: there is a well-maintained bike path that passes 400m from the house and which takes you all the way to Germany!). In winter, ski slopes are just a few kilometres away.
Note that a factory near the villa occasionally makes a quick noise (except for evenings and weekends) that you will hear from the garden; this, however, will not affect your stay in any way.

Beautiful large comfortable house with large garden, super reception and pleasant departure, owner very friendly. The heated pool is also great!
We were also in this bungalow 6 years ago. And they absolutely loved it, so they wanted to go back. But a lot has changed in the 6 years. The house itself is top notch. But time has stood still. Nothing renewed. The kitchen is from the 1970s and very much in need of replacement. The kitchen inventory is also very much gathered. Old oven hanging from a cupboard and dirty. The other oven old and not clean either. Also so many kinds of plates and bowls, trays etc. Everything old. Time to buy something new. TV no longer of this time. Smart TV and size bigger is a must now. Especially when the weather is bad, you still want to watch TV. Lots of dust all over the place. Every morning we woke up to the company behind it making a lot of noise. 6 years ago we heard about this once, now a few times a day. Also had a bad smell. There is also a business across the street from the house. Cars from this company are in front of the bungalow. Away from privacy. It is not nice to write this review like this, but if the house wants to remain in the luxury category, one has to invest. It is now up to the decline, and that's a shame.
Beautiful house, beautiful swimming pool (diameter 8 meters). Somewhat dated decor. Very friendly owner (only speaks French and German). Beds are good, kitchen has everything you need. Please note: 2 beds are a sofa bed with foot end higher. This is not nice.
Reception was very good and with the necessary explanation. The house was super in every way, nothing too short and very clean. We all enjoyed the pool. We will definitely go back!
