Description
This charming villa, located just 1.5 km from the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar, offers a perfect getaway for families or small groups. With a capacity of 8 guests, the 300m2 house is divided into two separate floors. The upper floor includes a spacious living room with a TV and satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a double bed), and a suite with a bathroom featuring a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower.
The lower floor features another living room with a TV, a second kitchen, and a dining area with access to the outdoor space. A double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower is also located here. The outdoor area offers a private pool, a terrace, a work barbecue, and a bathroom for added convenience. Optional air conditioning and heating are available at an extra cost of 150€/week, with WiFi also available for an additional fee of 20€/week.
This villa is located just 10 km from Tossa de Mar and near all local services, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The house is pet-friendly upon prior request and with a supplement. Please note that youth group bookings are accepted only upon prior request, and there is a cash deposit of €150 per person required. Parties are strictly prohibited, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m.

Perfect voor onze vriendengroep! Veel ruimte om je uit te spreiden en te genieten, plus een geweldige buitenruimte om te loungen, We waardeerden ook de nabijheid van lokale eetgelegenheden en de supermarkt
Het privéterras bood een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, Schoon en goed onderhouden gedurende ons verblijf
Zeer mooie accommodatie met alle nodige voorzieningen, De locatie was geweldig voor het verkennen van Lloret de Mar, en we maakten gebruik van de nabijgelegen botanische tuinen, De gastheren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Geweldige plek voor een familievakantie! De kinderen hebben zich vermaakt in het nabijgelegen Water World Parc, en we vonden het heerlijk om 's avonds terug te komen naar de vredige villa, Het is een beetje rijden naar het strand, maar nog steeds te doen

Nous avons séjourné ici avec un groupe d'amis et nous avons passé un super moment ! L'endroit était impeccable et vraiment cosy, La piscine privée était un vrai plaisir après une longue journée à explorer les plages à proximité, Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés à courir dans le jardin, Le seul inconvénient était que le Wi-Fi aurait pu être un peu plus rapide, mais honnêtement, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés car nous nous amusions trop, Je recommanderais totalement pour une escapade tranquille !
