The Duinhof Cadzand penthouse is located the extreme southwest of the Netherlands, in the coastal resort of Cadzand-Bad. This spacious, luxurious designer penthouse is located at about 200 m from the sea. A unique location in a popular area.
The penthouse is situated non the fourth floor (the top floor) of this apartment complex, which was built in 2017. You can reach the penthouse with a lift from the parking garage in the basement, where you'll have two private parking spaces at your disposal.
The penthouse has a surface of 150 m2 and is really quite spacious for 5 people. The spacious living room with high ceiling is very bright thanks to the large windows on both walls. There's stylish seating area and a smart TV. In the large dining area, also located in the spacious open living area, you'll find a large dining table. Next to that, you'll find the luxurious, open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped. The raw, concrete back wall gives the kitchen a trendy and industrial look. The kitchen island with sink features a bar with two bar stools.
There are three bedrooms in the penthouse. Two of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. One of the en-suite bathrooms also has a toilet. The bedrooms feature double Auping box-spring beds and a TV. The third bedroom is equipped with a solid bunk bed. Opposite this bedroom, you'll find the third bathroom, which offers a bathtub and washing basin. In the hallway you'll find a separate toilet. There also is a storage room with washing machine and dryer.
There are two furnished balconies where you can enjoy the sun. If you're coming between May and September, you'll have a beach cabin at your disposal at just a few minutes by foot from the penthouse. Here you can store your things, so that you don't have to carry them from and to the house every day. There's also a cot and and a high chair in the penthouse.
As a guest of Penthouse Duinhof, you can use the facilities in nearby Noordzee Residence Cadzand-Bad. The mentioned facilities can be found in the holiday park. This is also where you'll pick up the key on arrival.
In short: a fantastic penthouse, equipped with all possible comfort and luxury, in a unique location.

Address of the accommodation was not to be found in Navi. Very nice apartment with high quality and tasteful decor. Unfortunately we were in the beach cottage beach chairs and a parasol was missing :-( construction noise from 07:00 o'clock has reduced the recreational value
Sfeertest: deze plek straalt echt sfeer uit! Gezellig huis direct aan het Granzower-meer, ideaal om lekker te ontspannen. De woonkamer is supergezellig en de keuken is klaar om te koken. Ik vond de sauna heerlijk na een lange dag vol verkenning. Bovendien ligt kasteel Mirow op korte rijafstand. Een echte aanrader!
De indretning af huset was perfect for onze twee families, De master bedroom was een fijne retraite, en de whirlpool was een fantastische aanvulling, We waardeerden de goed uitgeruste keuken voor onze maaltijden samen,
The penthouse was very clean and offered a lot of space for our group of five, We particularly loved the two balconies where we could relax in the sun, A great place for a beach holiday!
What a lovely spot! The house was clean and well-decorated, with enough room for all six of us, We appreciated being just a short walk from the beach, where we spent a lot of time sunbathing and swimming, Highly recommend this place for families!
Was für ein schöner Penthouse! Die großen Fenster ließen so viel Licht herein, und die hohen Decken ließen es noch geräumiger erscheinen, Wir haben unsere Zeit in Cadzand-Bad genossen und würden gerne zurückkehren,
