The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. From the roof terrace and balcony, enjoy panoramic views of the Leoganger Steinberge, Steinernes Meer, Hochkönig, Schwalbenwand, and Kitzsteinhorn.
Saalfelden Leogang, in the heart of Salzburg, is a natural paradise with hiking, climbing, cycling, and bathing lakes in summer. In winter, the apartment is ideally located near the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region, Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun, offering endless winter adventures.
From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will be added to the local tax, granting free access to all public transport in the Salzburg region.
Guests must respect house rules. Bookings may be declined for those who previously violated rules or caused issues, regardless of nationality.
A security deposit of EUR 170,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
