50 km north of Joensuu, Koussanlampi pool 12 m (length 2 km, width 0.1 km), deep, hard, sanded clay/moraine bottom, own boat. Wooden cottage 2010, living room/kitchen, sleeping loft 2 beds and extra bed, sauna, washroom with shower and WC, porch, terrace. Please, notice that there isn't any oven in the kitchen. There is 1 electric hot plate and microwave oven as well as gas grill for cooking.
