The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, food blender, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer. The 115 m² plot offers space for 2 cars on the property and free street parking. It is located next to the main road, making access easy, though there may be some noise. The location is excellent: a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop are just a few steps away. The bus runs every 15 minutes to Port d'Alcúdia, Pollença, and Ca’n Picafort. Just 100 meters away, the fine sand beach invites you to stroll and relax. In Port d'Alcúdia, you'll find restaurants, bars, and a lively market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Don't miss the Roman ruins and their amphitheater. By car or bus, you can visit beaches like Formentor or Playa de Muro, as well as the charming town of Pollença.
