The villa features six luxury rooms, as well as indoor and outdoor common areas, a shared kitchen and a swimming pool available to guests, with a maximum depth of 1.50 m. The rooms are furnished with prestigious designer brands, including Baxter, Lago, Molteni, Arketipo, Bonaldo and Flou. The Baxter Room can accommodate up to four guests, while the other rooms can accommodate two guests each. The Lago and Arketipo rooms also feature a sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space. All rooms are equipped with bathrobes, bedroom and pool slippers, Dyson hairdryers and Acqua di Parma bathroom amenities. Pool towels are also available upon request. The swimming pool is outdoor and not indoor. There are no charging stations for electric vehicles on the property. An airport transfer service is available upon request and for an additional charge. All rooms are double rooms. The base rate is for 2 guests in 1 room. The number of rooms provided depends on the number of guests booked, as follows: 3-4 guests: 2 rooms 5-6 guests: 3 rooms 7-8 guests: 4 rooms 9-10 guests: 5 rooms 11-15 guests: 6 rooms The booking does not automatically include exclusive use of the entire villa.
