Kitchen 9 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bookable additional room (16 m2, extra) for 2 people is on the same floor and has 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen) and a seat as well as a bathroom / toilet (5 m2). A baby and / or toddler as an additional person is not allowed.

Historical 2-family house, built in 1560. In the centre of Schwalenberg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the stream. For shared use: natural garden 500 m2, meadow 500 m2, orchard 500 m2, courtyard. Barbecue, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 400 m, café 4 km, bus stop "Steinheimer Strasse" 200 m, railway station "Steinheim" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. In the yard in front of the house there is a paved forecourt (100 m2) with a small public restaurant for tasting wines from mainly German countries. Wine tastings, hikes and singing together can be booked on request and for a fee, as well as an in-house laundry service (washing / drying / ironing).
