The house can accommodate families, couples, or groups of friends and features two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. Bed linens and towels are provided upon your arrival.

The house is located just steps from the famous Via dei Murales, about 200 meters away, allowing you to easily explore the town center without sacrificing tranquillity. The main square, shops, bars, and services are within walking distance, while the neighbourhood maintains a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Pinthouse is also an excellent starting point for exploring the area and discovering the most authentic side of Sardinia's hinterland, including traditions, art, nature, and small villages. The MAN Art Museum of the Province of Nuoro is about 19 km away, while the Tiscali archaeological site is about 50 km away.
