Two of the bedromos are also used as owner's workrooms when there are no customers. Lakeshore sauna (40 m²), with dressing room convertible bed/ sofa, sauna also has elec. light, elec. heating, cold and hot water, shower and wood-burning stove. There is ice hole in winter. Villa designed by architect, interior spacious and light. Suitable for e.g. two acquainted families. Rented only to families and companies and others who enjoy peaceful holiday. No bachelor parties! Large plot, well maintained yard area, nice view from porch, thoroughfares, garden furniture, jetties, grill places: all is exactly as it should be! Plot on slope, yard mainly grassy. Two spoon trolling, fish net and 'katiska' fish trap permits included in price. Ice swimming possibility at the end of the pier, in front of the lakeside sauna.
