Description
A modern and tastefully decorated house in XXL size. The owner has an apartment in a smaller part of the house (separate entrance), and the entire remaining, larger part of the building is available to guests. Perfect location, 100 m from the seaside beach, surrounded by a forest. It is a rather quiet area, on the outskirts of the Mielno resort. You can count on a relaxing stay here.
The fenced property (1,000 m2) is at the shared disposal of guests and the owner, although the owner of the facility tries not to enter part of the guests' area unnecessarily.
The comfortable villa has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious room serving as a kitchen (very well equipped), a dining room and a living room where you can relax by the fireplace (wood included), watching TV or playing board games. This room has direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are as many as 4 more bedrooms (each with a separate TV), 3 bathrooms with showers and a recreational space that can be called a relaxation room. In addition, there is an attic with 1 bedroom and another bathroom with a shower. There are a total of 6 bedrooms (each with a TV) and 5 bathrooms. The house has central heating and can be used and rented all year round. Some rooms have underfloor heating. Wireless internet is available.
There is a small playground for the youngest guests. There is parking for 5 cars on site. It is possible to use a washing machine (for an additional fee).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (on request).
The beautiful seaside beach is only 100 m away. The center of Mielno is approximately 1.2 km away. There you can find many recreational facilities, restaurants and cafes.

Ik waardeerde de aandacht voor detail in de decoratie, Elke kamer voelde gezellig en uitnodigend aan, De eigenaar was ook erg vriendelijk en meegaand, De locatie, hoewel een beetje afgelegen, bood veel rust en stilte
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette XXL villa ! La cuisine était équipée de tout wat we nodig hadden, en la disposition était parfaite voor onze groep, De woonkamer bij de open haard was een gezellige plek om te ontspannen na een dag op het strand, Het enige wat ik zou noemen is dat de WiFi soms een beetje onbetrouwbaar was, maar dat verpestte onze verblijf niet echt, Zou zeker terugkomen!
De villa is indrukwekkend - zeer ruim en goed uitgerust, We waardeerden het om een volledig uitgeruste keuken te hebben, wat het bereiden van maaltijden gemakkelijk maakte, De locatie is rustig maar handig, met het strand op slechts een korte wandeling, Hoewel de decoratie modern en smaakvol is, voelde het voor mijn smaak een beetje te minimalistisch, Over het algemeen een solide keuze voor een grote groep of gezin, maar verwacht niet iets te extravagant
De gezellige open haard en grote woonruimtes maakten ons verblijf ongelooflijk comfortabel, Houd van de rustige omgeving!
We hadden een fantastische verblijf in deze XXL villa! De ruime indeling was perfect voor onze groep, en de nabijheid van het strand maakte het een memorabele uitje, De kinderen vonden de speeltuin in de tuin leuk, en wij genoten van de ontspanning bij de open haard in de avonden
Perfecte locatie, vlakbij het strand, Super ruim en goed uitgerust, Zeker een aanrader!
