Port Nou - Villa With Private Pool In Cala Bona
Would you like to really feel the sea nearby while you enjoy an impressive house with a private garden and a beautiful chlorine pool? The building comprises 3 floors. On the ground floor you have a charming living - dining room equipped with a TV-sat, and open to the kitchen behind a sliding door. This offers a ceramic top. There are 3 bedrooms, with twin beds and a closet. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, and the last one is on the top (second) floor. All of the rooms offer an en-suite bathroom, one with both bath and shower, the other two just with a shower each. In addition, there is a toilet on the main floor where you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Please, note that for safety reasons, only the upper panels of the windows can be opened on the first and the second floor, except the window with access to the second floor terrace. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair, 2 fans and underfloor heating complete the equipment.
This is a privileged location. It's just in front of the sea where you can swim whenever you want although the public beach (Platja des Port Vella) is only 400 metres away. In addition you will enjoy one of the cosiest coastal residential areas in the island, a small tourist spot near Son Servera. Also, the golf course of Son Servera is only 1.7 km away.
