The plot is securely fenced on all sides and access is through the powered gate and large basement garage with direct access to the living area, there is also ample on-plot parking available. In addition, the property benefits from a barbeque area, double glazing and air-conditioning throughout, high speed internet (FIBER) and a modern smart TV with access to international channels and subscriber apps such as Netflix and AppleTV.
Golfers will be particularly well accommodated with four renowned golf courses within a short drive, including the Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole course at the Monte Rei Golf and Country Club, which in addition to world class golf, guests can also enjoy tennis, horse riding, shopping, fine dining and an extensive spa complex.
The picturesque and historic towns of Tavira, Monte Gordo, Castro Marim and Vila Real de Santo Antonio (VRSA) are all a short drive away and offer a variety of shopping, nightlife and dining, you can also catch a ferry at the picturesque marina in VRSA for a day trip across the Spanish border to Ayamonte.

A great beautiful house, very practical for 8 adults and 3 toddlers and a baby! Especially the fence around the pool was a great idea! Thanks on behalf of all!
Great house close to the sea
The house is excellent, the fence around the pool is a godsend with our little ones. The water toys are a nice boost. Some stuff on the wall for acoustics, it reverberates like crazy. The GPS coordination is not correct, we thought we were 2 minutes from the beach, but that is a 15-minute walk, and when the children are tired it is quite a climb home. The location is also top window open and you can see the forest.
The location is excellent! Close to the beach and surrounded by pine trees, felt so peaceful, The villa itself is really well-kept, with a nice pool area for relaxing, Bedrooms were large and clean, and having en-suites was a big bonus, A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful, but we managed fine, Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa, It was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in, The nearby beach had everything from cafes to shops, which made our days out enjoyable and convenient
