Description
The flat is located a few metres from the Chiantigiana road, 2 km from the centre of Greve in the heart of Chianti, only 15 km from Florence and about 35 km from Siena.
It overlooks a small private garden looking out over the hills through a large window. On the ground floor, the large living room with fireplace includes a well-equipped kitchen and a small utility room.
There is also an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven TV and air conditioning in every room.
Also on the ground floor a bedroom with private terrace and bathroom with bath/shower.
On the first floor a large double bedroom with bathroom/shower.
Both rooms can also be prepared with separate beds and the sofa in the living room can be a comfortable bed for two persons.
The owners are available to organise transfers, private guided or chauffeur-driven excursions, cycling tours and cooking classes. Discover where some of the world's best wines have been produced for centuries.

Looks bad, bed is very bad. Pool is not cleaned. Had rain this week, inside was just as much water as outside, water comes in through the walls, windows are leaking, some windows you can't see out anymore. Very a lot of money for this accommodation.
Wonderful address. Clean and spacious. Good beds and showers, good working air conditioning in all rooms. Swimming pool also excellent. Good base for visits to, for example, Florence and Siena. Bus stop almost in front of the door (note: buy bus tickets at the pizzeria opposite the bus station in Greve). Our restaurant tip: Ristoro di Lamole. Great! During our stay a large branch of a (dead) tree had fallen by the pool. Someone came along neatly; the tree was removed the same morning. Note: the address given in the Belvilla route planner is No. 84. Should be 86. But when you enter No. 86 in Google Maps, a location on the other side of the street. The correct location is (coming from the north) left into the semi-paved road directly before the ENI petrol station on the left side of the road. It took us a while to find. Furthermore, according to the telephone numbers provided, the local contact person could not be reached by telephone (are these numbers correct?).
Beautiful environment. Nice view of vineyard. Very quiet. Spacious, cozy house.
Had a good time here last year, so booked again. But unfortunately, this year a real drama. On arrival the house was not cleaned. All rubbish, dirty towels and bed linen from the previous tenants are still present. We were offered a poor alternative and decided to tidy up and clean everything ourselves so that we could go to sleep after the long journey. The next day we were chased out of the pool, according to the co-owner of the building, tenants are no longer allowed to use it. Glad you are renting a house with a swimming pool of which you have the key but are not allowed to enter ☹️☹️ Belvilla has been informed, but cannot do anything yet. If you want a carefree holiday, look further…….
