Wellness chalet with a sauna in Lathum
Description
This stylish wellness accommodation offers pure relaxation. The house features a very modern design in which natural light and comfort play an important role. Thanks to the large windows, the nicely furnished living room with open plan kitchen provides a very spacious feeling. Speaking of atmosphere: you can enjoy the see-through fireplace both indoors and outdoors! The two bedrooms both features comfortable beds and ample closet space. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a real wellness experience thanks to the presence of a traditional sauna. On nice days, the spacious terrace with garden furniture is a wonderful place to spend some time.

We lived in an obviously very new and tastefully furnished house (Rt. 34, No. 6). The various seating areas as well as the dining and patio seating sets were stable and offered plenty of space for four people. We particularly liked the very well equipped kitchen, which not only convinced with very good electrical appliances, but above all also contained a large number of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils (also various pots and pans). We didn’t like that as much some of the ceiling lights equipped with dimmers sometimes started flashing uncontrollably, as well as the lack of a floor drain in the bathroom. Here all the water that splashed out of the open shower had to be mopped up, as nothing could drain outside the shower and the water quickly collected. It was annoying that the air conditioning was not repaired despite repeated requests (message at the reception) and was therefore not available during our entire stay. The open water drain in the closet of a bedroom should also be improved - apparently the connection of a washing machine was prepared here. We had to close the open pipe as a makeshift, otherwise it smelled bad. We used the nearby lake extensively, unfortunately a relatively strong growth of algae and seaweed led to a strong odor nuisance in the shore area, as the plants rotted there. The pool area is clean and well-kept, but only accessible with a ticket. In addition to bathing utensils, the small shop on the premises only offers the bare necessities at high prices. Just like the reception, the opening times seemed unreasonably short to us. The pool bar and beach bar seemed unloving, tended to put off the loud music and therefore only rarely had guests

De indeling van het chalet was fantastisch, het voelde erg ruim en het buitenterras was een geweldige plek om van onze ochtendkoffie te genieten, een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omliggende attracties te verkennen,
Overall, a good experience, The house was clean and comfortable, but I expected a bit more from the garden area, Still, the location near St, Nicolaasga Golf was a plus for us,
Absolutely loved our stay! The villa had such a warm feel, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, The kids enjoyed the nearby water park, while we appreciated the quiet evenings,
Ik waardeerde de netheid en de goed onderhouden tuinen bij Casa Joyosa enorm. Het was een rustig toevluchtsoord dat toch makkelijk toegang bood tot restaurants en winkels.
