Well-kept terraced house with a large garden plot in a wonderful south-facing location. The beautiful property is mostly fenced and has a terrace with garden furniture and a lawn. A large climbing frame with two swings, climbing rope and ladders as well as a sandpit with various sand toys attract little guests to the garden. There are various books available for young and old readers. Thanks to a large selection of puzzles and games for all ages, you'll never get bored.

Activities nearby: The seaside resort of Neßmersiel within the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site offers many leisure activities for a varied holiday: collecting shells and swimming on the beach, swimming, hiking over the dikes, cycling, mudflat hikes to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney and much more. Or you can try a combination of paddling and cycling tour: you rent a paddle boat in Neßmersiel, ride on the small canals to the next town or further, swap the boat for a bike and cycle back. For rainy days, the "Sturmfrei" playhouse in Neßmersiel is a great excursion destination for young and old with games, running around, climbing on over 3,000 square meters of play area with a bowling alley, adventure cinema, soccer field, climbing castles, toddler area and much more.

The house was very nice and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, but WiFi was missed, The indoor sports park Sturmfrei and the pizzeria Bei Angelo are highly recommended, The weather was very good for March, which helped us with the annoyance about to mitigate the tourist tax regulation on site, you pay tourist tax for midsummer (EUR 2.50 per person and day) at this time of year, although almost everything is still closed (e.g. supermarket and bakery in town
Everything was fine, only the beds unfortunately squeaked, but everything was spotlessly clean! No reason to complain :-)
Very friendly welcome when the keys were handed over, luxury for loading and unloading is the in-house parking lot right in front of the front door, we felt comfortable in Neßmersiel and the apartment,
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, maar het weer was een beetje somber, De woning was echter warm en uitnodigend, en we waren blij met de wasmachine, De locatie nabij lokale attracties maakte het weer goed
Geweldige locatie! Dicht bij het strand, en de nabijgelegen speelhuis is een must op regenachtige dagen, Geweldige plek voor gezinsbinding zonder stress, Echt genoten van mijn verblijf!
Het huis was goed onderhouden en de eigenaren waren super vriendelijk, Ik voelde me meteen thuis! De locatie was geweldig voor het verkennen van de omgeving, we gingen naar Norderney en het was gemakkelijk te bereiken, De woonkamer was ruim en comfortabel, perfect voor een ontspannen avond na een dag avontuur, Een klein nadeel, de keuken kon wat meer keukengerei gebruiken, maar dat verpestte ons verblijf niet
