Description
Comfortable wooden chalet with a private sauna, a beautiful large wooden terrace and a garden. In this magnificent region of the Northern Vosges, you can totally relax! This small Austrian chalet was completely renovated in 2017. It is very functional and equipped with all comforts. In summer you can relax with a book on the wooden terrace. In winter you can enjoy a raclette or a fondue in the comfortable living room, after a good walk and a sauna session of course! Your holiday home is located by the road to Bitche and therefore , it is not isolated. A day's cycling? Nearby there is a beautifully landscaped cycle path which connects the town of Bitche to the German border via a pretty road (without a car). nice walks in the woods or near the Hasselfurth (approx. 8 km) and Haspelschiedt (approx. 7 km) ponds. There is also a bathing beach. Bitche (7 km) is a small, friendly town with several good restaurants , shops, supermarkets and pretty old ramparts. In summer, events are often organized here. Also make a day trip to Deux-Ponts in Germany (25 km) and Strasbourg (80 km) .

Nice little chalet with a beautiful garden where you can sit! The beds are on the small side and certainly not suitable for tall people and a summer duvet would also be nice.
We have been there for the second time and were very satisfied this time as well. The house is located in a valley with a quiet country road and is equipped with everything you need. The terrace is very large, the sauna is perfect. The area is beautiful for hiking, not overcrowded. What I would like would be a partial fence so that our dog could run free. Will be back.
The manager is very nice. The accommodation is very pretty, full of character, and very functional. We really appreciated the superb terrace. The bedding is perfect and the toilets are very good too. The setting is also perfect: very quiet, the edge of a forest and therefore with the possibility of seeing different kinds of birds that you do not meet in town, such as woodpeckers or birds of prey, and even squirrels sometimes. Lots of things to see in the area, such as the ruins of medieval castles or picturesque villages, and hundreds of kilometers of possible hikes for sporty holidaymakers. In short, enough to decompress and make the most of your holidays.
Very clean and fully equipped chalet. Located on the edge of a forest, there are many hiking opportunities nearby for both short and long walks.Echt the perfect chalet to relax!
Nice house, cozy and totally quiet
Dear Ms. Janisch, dear Mr. Janisch, we were allowed to visit your beautiful chalet in Remschweiler for the second time and this time for two weeks .. Nothing was missing, the house was very cozy, completely and tastefully furnished, lots of peace and we were allowed to enjoy endless nature and forest "bathe". Extremely nice hosts, always courteous and always friendly. Thank you very much for that! We will definitely come back. Highly Recommended. Also very recommendable is the restaurant run by Ms. and Mr. Janisch.
