This cozy studio apartment, located on the 5th floor of a residence, offers a comfortable retreat for up to four guests. The apartment features two single beds in the living room and a mountain corner with a set of bunk beds (note: the high bunk is not suitable for children under 6). The apartment is not pet-friendly, ensuring a peaceful stay. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC adds to the convenience, and the apartment is equipped with duvets for your comfort.
The residence is ideally located for both winter and summer activities. Skiers can easily access the “Vagère” chairlift or the “Transarc” gondola directly from the residence. A shuttle stop is just 50 meters away, providing free service in winter and summer. All essential amenities are at your doorstep, with the Tourist Office 40 meters away, a supermarket 50 meters away, and a medical office on the ground floor of the building. The ESF (Ski School) is just a 5-minute walk away, making this an ideal location for a ski vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. A television is provided in the living room for your entertainment. The apartment also features a balcony with a stunning view of the valley and Mont Blanc, offering a serene spot to relax after a day of skiing or exploring.
