It features two folding bunk beds (80x190cm) in a separate mountain corner and a convertible sofa bed (140x190cm) in the living room. Pets are allowed. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be rented.
Located directly on the slopes, this apartment offers immediate access to skiing. The ESF ski school and Club Piou Piou are just 80m away, with the Clot ski lift at 50m and the Prarial chairlift at 80m. A small supermarket and other shops/restaurants are 450m away, and the bus station is 600m away. The Durancia Nuxe Aquatic Center and Spa is 200m away (accessible by free skibus).

This top-floor (4th floor, with elevator) apartment offers two balconies with garden chairs and mountain views. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, four hotplates, an extractor hood, mini-oven, and dishwasher. The living room has a TV. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine, and there is a separate WC. A ski locker and private parking are provided. The residence features a common room with billiards and shared toilets. Other rental services (Wi-Fi, Nespresso, raclette/fondue sets, hairdryer) and baby equipment are available upon request. Skipass and spa discounts are also available. A deposit is required.
