Holidays on the island - in the Gulf of Morbihan! The residence with swimming pool is surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The sea is never far away and walkers will appreciate the coastal paths overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Parents enjoy carefree holidays as the island is car-free, so children can roam freely. Bike or boat tours are also possible and the mainland can be reached in just 5 minutes by boat (parking space for cars in the Port Blanc car park). There is a chargeable shuttle bus service to the residence from the island's port.Ile aux Moines is in Brittany - but it's reminiscent of the Greek islands, with their white fishermen's cottages and narrow streets. In addition, there is the lush vegetation thanks to the almost southern climate. Sheltered bays and rocky headlands alternate. In the north is the Bois d'Amour and invites you to rest. On Wednesday mornings you can stock up on fresh produce at the weekly market or perhaps taste the typical oysters or clams here? Activities nearby : The Ile aux Moines is the largest of the islands in the Gulf of Morbihan and boasts lush vegetation. The departure by boat from the mainland is from Port Blanc to Le Lerio. In addition to cycling and hiking tours, it is worth visiting the shops and restaurants in the small town of Ile-aux-Moines.
