The pretty town of Colmar with its many tourist attractions, such as the House of the Heads, "Maison des Têtes", the Customs House and the canals reminiscent of Venice, is only 7 kilometers away and can even be reached by bike. But why not discover lesser-known places - just a few kilometers from Eguisheim are the pretty little villages of Gueberschwihr and Pfaffenheim, and a tour of their centuries-old town centers is worthwhile. Many well-signposted hiking trails of various durations also start from here.
