This 40m² apartment, located on the 9th floor of a residence with an elevator, offers a cozy and well-equipped space for up to 6 guests. The apartment features a living room with a Clic-Clac sofa for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, and a mountain corner with bunk beds (note: the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6). The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with heating, a television, and Wi-Fi access. Bed and bathroom linens are available for an additional charge, and a deposit is required at check-in.
The residence is ideally located for both winter and summer activities. Situated near the slopes, you can easily access the "Vagטre" chairlift or "Villards" gondola. In winter, a free shuttle service runs every 20 minutes, with a stop at the foot of the parking lot. The nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants are just 100 meters away, making it convenient for groceries or dining out. You can also reach the Tourist Office and medical office within a 7-minute walk.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and microwave. The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, plus a separate WC for added convenience. A South-West facing balcony offers stunning views of the mountains and valley, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.
