The town's wide sandy beach is about three kilometers away. From the port there is a regular ferry service across to Malcesine. Activities nearby: beach holidays or hiking, excursions to the cultural highlights or a gourmet tour along the wine route from Limone to Sirmione in the south. The approximately 19-kilometer tour through the Valle di Bondo via Passo Nota and along the slopes of Monte Traversole, Corna Vecchia and Corno Nero and back to the starting point begins at Vesio (about eleven kilometers).
