You will be deeply impressed by this setting: your cozy apartment is located on a 10,000 square meter plot with lush vegetation. In the surrounding area, the rocks rise steeply into the sky and only a short walk separates you from Lake Garda. Depending on your needs, the residence offers you holiday apartments for up to eight people. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and many practical utensils, so you can easily cater for yourself. Set the breakfast table on the balcony or terrace and make plans for a carefree day of vacation. Thanks to the hillside location, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. The beautiful olive grove also houses the pool for adults and the separate pool for children.
You live near the beautiful San Vigilio, just one and a half kilometers from the center of Garda. Restaurants, supermarket, bar and pizzeria are in the immediate vicinity. The lake can be reached via a private entrance from the complex.

Activities nearby: The bathing opportunities around Garda are among the best on the entire eastern shore. South of the town, the beach stretches as far as Bardolino, north to the Punta San Viglio headland. The hilly hinterland, on the other hand, is an oasis of peace, ideal for hiking or cycling. Those who love adventure on high ropes bridges, wooden walkways and courses of varying difficulty can enjoy themselves in the new Parco Avventura in San Zeno di Montagna (about eleven kilometers). Fun and variety also await you at Gardaland. The journey takes about 50 minutes, after which you can spend a fun-filled day in Italy's largest amusement park. You can also visit the unique water parks nearby

Super ruim en het zwembad is een hele mood, Kinderen vonden het geweldig, en de volwassenen konden ook ontspannen, Korte wandeling naar het meer, dus het is een vibe voor de zomer, Zeker terugkomen!
Vibe check: 100%, Geweldige natuur overal en super dicht bij het meer, Perfect voor wandelingen of gewoon loungen, De gastheren zijn super chill, waardoor het voelt als thuis
Geweldige ervaring in het algemeen! De residentie ligt in een prachtig gebied, wat ons verblijf bijzonder maakte, We hebben ervan genoten om in het appartement te koken en op het terras te dineren, De nabijheid van Gardaland was een extra bonus voor onze kinderen, Het enige nadeel was de beperkte openingstijden van het zwembad, maar we hebben het meeste ervan gemaakt!
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Residence Pratone, De locatie is rustig maar toegankelijk voor het meer en lokale attracties, Het appartement zelf was comfortabel en had een mooi uitzicht, We hebben gebruikgemaakt van het gedeelde zwembad, en het was nooit druk, Zou aanbevelen voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een vredige retreat nabij Garda
We waren aangenaam verrast door hoe gezellig en goed uitgerust onze appartement was, De uitzichten op de olijfgaarden waren een leuke toevoeging, en we genoten ervan om bij het volwassenen zwembad te ontspannen, Een geweldige plek voor een rustige uitje!
