Description
This nicely furnished apartment is suitable for 8 people and enjoys a central location in the charming village of Brixen im Thale. It is part of the small-scale apartment complex Residenz Edelalm, overlooking the beautiful Kitzbüheler Alpen.
The gondola with connection to the skiing and hiking area Wilderkaiser-Brixental to Westendorf or Upper Brixen is 1.3 km away. The ski bus stops almost in front of the door (100 m) and the Tanzerabfart (valley descent) ends a few tens of meters on the other side of the apartment. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops.
The apartment also features its own ski storage room with washing machine and is located on the ground floor of the residence. Along the entire back (facing south!) of the building, you will find a spacious sunny terrace with seating area and a fantastic view of the Choralp.
Parking spaces/charging station: Top 7 has 2 parking spaces, 1 of which under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. You can use this by arrangement with the manager. Costs for charging electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and calculated as a separate fee.

Nice, spacious and clean apartment. Good beds. Spacious terrace outside. Station and shops within walking distance (5 and 10 min respectively). Also a swimming pool nearby (15 min walk) which our children really liked (outdoor pool: check opening times, spring and autumn are partly closed).
Nice apartment, clean, good showers with enough hot water. Good beds. For an 8-person apartment, a small amount of cutlery and comfortable furniture, but doable with some creativity. Baker across the street, ski bus not much further so perfect! Highly recommended with a very good price-performance ratio.
It was a clean apartment, a pity that there were 2 bedrooms instead of 3 bedrooms, which was stated. The showers were very cold at certain times which was usually around 6-8pm. If you've been skiing all day, it's nice to take a shower right after that time. But being in a cold shower isn't very advanced for my muscles.
It's just a pity that I had asked if there was a high chair and cot, would not be present, had to lug everything along, it turned out to be there. Would have saved a lot of space. So please give better and more information about what is available. Sofa bed is not much of a bed for 2 people of 80 kilos
Excellent apartment. Very spacious and super clean, everything is like new. Beautiful view from the living room and the sun on the terrace all day long. Friendly reception. Shops within walking distance. We will definitely come here again.
The apartment was wonderful and according to our expectations. The rooms were clean and spaceous, we have nothing to complain. The host of the apartment was very friendly to us as well.
