Description
These detached, beautiful, stately and spacious villas for 14 people, built in 2018, are located at Resort De Parade, only 350 m from the North Sea coast of Cadzand-Bad.
You will want for nothing in this luxury accommodation. The villa has three floors with a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the ground floor you have a bedroom and a bathroom en-suite. Which is handy if there are people in your party who may be less mobile. Also on this floor a living room with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with island. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with bathroom en-suite. There is also a separate bathroom with sauna. On the second floor there are another three bedrooms, one with bathroom en-suite and a separate bathroom.
The interior is as you would expect; modern, luxurious, complete and comfortable. Each floor also features a separate toilet. In all bedrooms there is a smart TV and all beds are single box-spring beds, though they may be in a 2 person set up. Around the house you will find a spacious garden, located on the south. There is a terrace and you have access to sunbeds and a lounge set. There is parking for four cars. Smoking is not allowed in these villas. Of course there is free WiFi available.
The gardens have been landscaped but are still growing and not fully matured yet.

The house is beautiful. Very large and equipped with all amenities. The downside is that it is quite noisy.
Heel gerieflijk huis voor een groep van 13 personen. Het groen rondom wordt goed verzorgd. We hadden een klein probleempje dat onmiddellijk opgelost werd. Heel vriendelijke mensen bij het service point.
De vaatwasser was al stuk toen wij aankwamen. De wielen van het rekje ontbraken.
Zo veel ruimte, wauw! Elke kamer heeft zijn eigen vibe en de sauna is een game changer, 350m naar het strand betekent gemakkelijke zonsondergang foto's, Over het algemeen is het een chill plek voor een fam of vriend vakantie
Goed uitgeruste keuken en veel badkamers maakten ons verblijf ongelooflijk handig, Zou het zeker aanbevelen voor grote groepen!
A very clean and spacious villa located conveniently close to the beach, We appreciated the thoughtful layout, particularly the en-suite bathrooms, The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals together, The host was friendly and accommodating, A solid choice for a family vacation, though we did wish for a few more outdoor amenities
