The house was not properly clean. Sand on the couch. Dirt under the mattresses. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves again. We had to wash the dishes again. The bathroom lock is broken. We informed the reception, and the next day a technician came who told us that he needed to order the replacement part and it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. We would receive a call from the reception regarding the installation. Nothing happened until our departure. The lock was only temporarily repaired. The area is nice, but the accommodation needs renovation and the cleaning is poorly done. Otherwise, the reception staff are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful house, very clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Furthermore, beautiful park there is plenty to do for the children.

Great park, not very spacious but fully equipped. Nice swimming pool for the little ones and plenty of opportunities for walking/cycling or other activities. The staff member who welcomed us was far from enthusiastic or friendly, there is room for improvement. Too bad, because this is the first face you see of the park. The lady at the restaurant was much nicer.

The cottage was clean, the park too. We had everything needed and our optimistic outlook. Despite the fact that we had nowhere to go, it was all right. Walk directly into the woods where there are always plenty of opportunities for the children, what more do you need?

Myself, my husband, mother and daughter of 1.5 have just had a stay of 4 days at "De Wije Wereld", house 143. Let me start with what was good. The park * De Wije Wereld "looks great. Beautiful, modern house with good and complete furnishings and a beautiful view of the forests. The employees are very nice and clearly do their best. Now the things that were a bit disappointing ... it house itself could have been cleaned a bit better, the toilet did not look clean and there were clear mysterious stains on the cover around the mattress in one of the rooms. The shower has no thermostat and varied in temperature (not pleasant if you with your 1.5-year-old daughter the shower suddenly gets very hot) .On day 2 the central heating boiler broke down, so we had no hot water or heating. We were kindly helped, but we were told that the park did not take out a service contract for the weekends. Since it was Saturday, repairs were not possible. We were given 2 options: moving the whole hut to another house, or heating the place with electric heaters and showering in another house We h ebb opted for the latter option, because otherwise we would also have to move a cot etc. and make the beds again. Moreover, my daughter was just a bit used to sleeping. I have to say that the employees were all very friendly, we got sandwiches for the last day ourselves. Nevertheless, there are points for improvement (such as the service contract for the CV) to make it an even more pleasant experience. We certainly enjoyed ourselves, but our stay in a (otherwise luxurious) house got a very camping-like feeling 😉 Hopefully something will be done with our feedback and we can try again in the future.

We were right on the edge of the park we could walk into the forest, which we also did every day because we selected this park because you can make beautiful walks from here

The reception was fine. The house was fine and tidy.

Beautiful spacious place, wonderful views of the woods. Everything looked neat. the bunk beds were a bit high. Our children 9 and 11 preferred to sleep downstairs. We brought our dog. Too bad that houses that the dog can not have a fenced garden as standard. That would make the stay complete.

got another house due to defective heating but the accommodation we received was fine

On arrival we were told that the cottage that we had booked had no heating so we moved to another cottage with the same comfort. In addition, we received free sandwiches the following morning as compensation. Good service. You are also directly at the forest. Also ideal with our dog. Have had a nice stay and will definitely remember the park for next time.

Good reception only received no information about eg the operation of the oven, induction plate and heating. There was also no information folder in the cottage. The park is under construction but did not cause any inconvenience because there were no works. First impression of the house was good. Beds were great! Privacy is not high; In the evening it is easy to look inside because there are thin curtains.

We had presented the arrival differently than the way in which we could see the promised stay. This was not in accordance with the agreement. No 2 double rooms and 1 room with a bunk bed. Thanks to the fantastic commitment of a roompot employee, there is still a further house offered with 2 double beds and no bunk beds. Too bad because this house was less in execution.

Great location near the national park! The beds were comfortable, and the living area was spacious, It was nice to unwind after a long day of exploring the nature trails, Would come back!

We had a fantastic family getaway at the modern chalet! The kids loved the bunk beds and the garden was perfect for them to play in, Plus, being so close to Hoge Veluwe National Park made our nature walks easy and enjoyable!
