Description
This detached, luxury holiday home with private indoor swimming pool is located on the beautiful holiday park Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad , which opened its doors in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away.
The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen features a combi oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. From the hall, you reach the indoor swimming pool (4.40 x 2.80 m), a great place to relax. You will also find a seating area and shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on the landing. In one of the bedrooms, there is a smart TV with streaming function. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Through the patio doors you reach the garden with covered terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the house. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car.
At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.

Our holiday was canceled last minute by Belvilla without any excuse. Apparently they are allowed to do that, without reason or compensation. Very annoying for us because finding something comparable at the last minute in high season was not possible. There was no help with this either. In any case, contact with Belvilla is very difficult. Endlessly on the line but unable to speak to anyone. Complaints via the site or email are not addressed and in the end it took a long time to get our money back. In short, your holiday at Belvilla is uncertain and make sure you set aside money to pay for a second booking because your money will not be refunded quickly.
Al met al een fantastisch verblijf! Het binnenzwembad was een hoogtepunt voor de kinderen, en de volwassenen genoten van de rustige omgeving, Het huis is goed ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannende vakantie,
Zeer ruime en goed uitgeruste woning, We waardeerden de netheid en moderne inrichting, De nabijgelegen eetgelegenheden waren uitstekend, Het was gemakkelijk om het lokale gebied vanuit deze centrale locatie te verkennen,
Een geweldige uitje! De locatie was rustig en vredig, maar dicht bij het strand, Het binnenzwembad was een hoogtepunt voor mij, Het enige nadeel was de afstand tot het treinstation, maar dat was te doen,
De accommodatie was fantastisch voor onze familievakantie, Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen, en het binnenzwembad was een geweldige manier om te ontspannen, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor onze maaltijden, We zouden zeker terugkomen!
The property was beautifully decorated and very spacious, We loved having our own private pool, Everything was clean and comfortable, which made it feel like a home away from home, The nearby restaurants were a nice touch too!
