This four-family house is situated in the upper part of the village of Surcuolm and offers a magnificent, sweeping view across the Surselva and the mountains. For winter fun, there’s an ice rink just a five-minute walk away, whilst the ski lift is a few hundred metres below the house and can be reached directly on skis. This means you can leave your car in the garage – included in the price – during the day. If you’d rather not use the well-equipped kitchen in the 3.5-room holiday flat, there’s a charming restaurant serving local dishes just 80 metres away. The cosy village of Surcuolm is part of the municipality of Obersaxen Mundaun and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, both in summer and winter. These include beautiful walking trails, plenty of opportunities for mountain biking, and the ‘Rufalipark’ – just a few minutes’ drive away – with a swimming lake, tennis courts, a restaurant, a bar and an indoor and outdoor children’s playground. In winter, alongside lovely ski slopes at family-friendly rates, there are also groomed cross-country trails and thrilling toboggan runs.
