This new apartment complex at the beginning of the quiet village of Prines just 5 km from Rethymno town. The fenced and beautiful garden of 4000 m2 with bbq, grill, parking lot, many olive trees, colorful and fragrant flowers and lush lawn where you can relax under the hot sun makes you feel comfortable and safe. The 3 well-equipped apartments have a bedroom and a comfortable living-dining room, space for 4 people. The "Romantic Apartment" interior is furnished in a romantic style.
The village has two small mini markets and taverns. More shops, supermarkets, restaurants, butchers, bakeries and an internet cafe in the larger neighboring village of Atsipopoulo (1 km). The sea is 2 km away, but the nearest organized beach on the coast is in the lively town of Rethymno. Nearby beaches are in Petres, Episkopi, Georgioupoli.
The lounge has two comfortable sofa beds, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bedroom is spacious with a double bed. On the large veranda, guests can enjoy their breakfast in the garden. Prines Village is a quiet village, ideal for people who love nature. Olive trees throughout the region.

Geweldige locatie, dichtbij prachtige stranden! We brachten onze dagen door op Callantsoog Beach, op korte rijafstand. Het huis zelf was gezellig en had alles wat we nodig hadden,

Cet endroit est incroyable ! L'appartement est très propre et joliment décoré, Nous étions un groupe de quatre et avions amplement de place, Les plages à proximité étaient charmantes, surtout la plage de Koumbes, qui n'était qu'à quelques minutes en voiture,
De bungalow was ruim en verrassend goed uitgerust. Dat maakte ons verblijf zeer comfortabel. Bovendien lag het vlak bij Autotron Rosmalen, een geweldig uitje voor onze groep!
