It accommodates up to 6 guests in three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with trundle-style single beds. Guests can enjoy a private garden and direct access to a communal pool shared by just five neighboring houses. Outdoor features include a barbecue area, loungers, and a dining set for relaxing summer meals. Air conditioning and internet are included, while optional extras like baby cots and pool towels are available.

Situated in a tranquil area of L’Escala, the villa is only 150 meters from the scenic Montgrí Natural Park, ideal for forest walks and cycling with views of the sea. The Riells Beach is just a 15-minute walk away and offers a bustling promenade lined with restaurants, cafés, children’s entertainment, shops, and various water activities. The combination of peaceful nature and accessible urban amenities makes it a well-balanced retreat for families or small groups.

Inside, the villa features a cozy living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Smoking is not permitted inside but allowed in the garden. Bed linen is included in the cleaning fee, with towels offered at an additional cost. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each stay, and a refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Heating is provided seasonally, ensuring comfort all year round.
