On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart and therefore there is a lot of privacy. Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house next to the beautiful main building. It can accommodate 7 persons.
The property is on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains.
Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house 100 m from the pool. It has 2 separate bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room. On arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.
The property is reached via a dirt road of about 4 km.

Slightly too small for 5 people. Living room (1 seat) and kitchen together in one room. Also too few seats. For this amount it could have been a little more.
On arrival we received a very short introduction. No tour of the house, or explanation how something worked. House was simple, not completely clean on arrival. But you can make good progress for a week. Garden had no shade. There was only a small umbrella. That was not enough for the day. There was often no WiFi and even no range. What is very annoying for teenagers. The area is very nice and a lot good!
Het appartement was goed ingedeeld, en de twee badkamers waren een groot pluspunt voor onze groep, We vonden de accommodatie erg schoon en goed onderhouden, Al met al een solide keuze voor een ontspannen vakantie,
Rosa Cremisi is a delightful place! The views were stunning, and we made great use of the barbecue facilities, The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed,
Everything was just right! The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the living room was spacious enough for our group, Plus, being so close to nature was a real bonus, Can't wait to return!
Ik kan niet genoeg goede dingen over deze plek zeggen! Het appartement was ruim en het uitzicht was gewoonweg spectaculair. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving en we hebben vooral genoten van de watersportactiviteiten.
