The beautiful, newly renovated and fully furnished holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the "Haus am Apothekengang" in the centre of Bad Bevensen in the spa zone 1. The pedestrian zone, the iodine brine thermal baths, the spa gardens, the hiking trails along the Ilmenau and the beautiful and varied forest around Bad Bevensen are all just a few steps away. The doctors' surgeries, pharmacies, post office, church, railway and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the flat is located in a completely quiet cul-de-sac on Rosengarten Street. Via the very well-kept staircase, you enter the hallway of your flat through your front door, where there is a large cloakroom with shoe rack, a mirror and a chair, as well as an intercom system to the main entrance door of the house. From there you enter directly into the living room with a double sofa bed (190 x 140 cm), a TV chair with footstool and many other pieces of furniture to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The hallway also leads to the bedroom with a double bed and separate mattresses of 200 x 100 cm each from the top brand Bett1.de, as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom and consists of a shower, washbasin and WC. All rooms are bright and friendly, so that you will immediately feel at home here. The entire flat is heated by a central gas boiler or you can use the fireplace in winter to create additional cosy warmth. A washing machine is available exclusively in the basement. Or you can use the clothes horse on your balcony. Of course you can also use the bicycle storage room. There is a car parking space on the property and directly in front of the house entrance which is reserved just for you. Here you will feel at home and relax!
