Great house where we had enough space with 8 people. Nice living room / dining area. Very spacious kitchen where you could find everything that was needed. We only missed a regular coffee maker, which can be seen in the photos. Finding out how the hob works was still a big job, but it worked. We didn't get the TV on the satellite channels, but we left it that way. House is in a village with bakery and supermarket and about a fifteen minute drive from the slopes of Kaprun and Zell am see. The arrival was not nice. After a 13-hour drive, the key to the house was not found at the hotel where you had to collect the key. The previous tenant had not returned the key. We finally had to wait almost 2 hours for the key to be brought by the housekeeper, did get a drink from the hotel, but after such a long drive this is not what you want. Tip for the owner: get a spare key at the hotel, that prevents a lot of trouble.

Beautiful location of the house. Collecting the key went smoothly. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance. Very spacious home, sanitary fine. Cleanliness ok, but should get a thorough cleaning, a lot of dust everywhere. Fabric armchair in the living room with stains, we have put a cloth of our own over it. The hob did not work on arrival, the occupant on the ground floor was aware of this, and provided a temporary solution within 2 days.

Upon entering (on the 1st floor), you have a spacious double room on your right and next to it a single bed. On the left you have a beautiful bathroom, while you are taking a shower you look at the mountains. You will also find the washer / dryer here. Then you walk past the (beautiful) open kitchen, which was well equipped with everything. The living room has a sitting area and separate seating area. The benches were due for replacement (sagging) and the chairs at the dining table had their best time. On the 2nd floor you will find 3x double rooms, all with a sink. In addition, one room has a (separate) cot. You will also find a toilet and shower on this floor. 1 room did have the problem that the door could not open completely because of the bed. In the village you will find the bakery 100m away. If you want to eat out, we recommend you go to Gasthof Zur Pinzgauerin. You will also find a restaurant at the lake. In 15 minutes you are at the lifts of Zell am See, in 20 minutes that of Kitzbühler Alpen.In the village you can make very nice walks.
