The terrace of the apartment built on the slope offers a view to the southwest. The apartment is perfect for a family or even two couples. The ground floor of the apartment, built in 2008, has an area of 53 m² and a low loft of 23 m². The living room and kitchen have a fireplace and an air-to-air heat pump (also with cooling function). The bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed. The spacious, low loft has a double bed (160 cm wide) and two 80 cm wide beds. Electric sauna and a washroom, which also has a toilet in addition to a separate toilet. There is a heated parking space for two cars in the yard and also space for a trailer. There is a spacious cold storage room under the apartment for skis and hobby equipment.
