The back terrace, accessible from the kitchen and living room, features a central table and a brick barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.
Situated just 500 meters from the village of Ariany, the finca is ideally located to explore the nearby historic villages of Maria de la Salut, Petra, and Sineu. Within a short 15-minute drive, you can reach the stunning Can Picafort and the bay of Alcúdia, renowned for its 13 kilometers of white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. This peaceful setting offers an excellent starting point for exploring Mallorca’s scenic countryside, beaches, and cultural landmarks.
Inside, the country house is spacious and bright, featuring high-quality modern furnishings. The living room, flooded with natural light, connects to two terraces through glass doors and is equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped, including a dining table and access to the rear terrace. The house accommodates up to 8 guests, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including one with a double bed and three with two single beds.
