Apart from the fact that there is a rat and a snake every now and then, perfect!
Ideal base, quiet location for visiting the historic towns in Umbria. Very well maintained accommodation, very friendly and helpful owners. The layout provides plenty of privacy, the pool is very large (15m) and very well cared for.
