Description
The small and idyllic village of Rhena is situated approximately 5 km west of Krobach in the Nature Park Diemelsee, embedded in the heavily wooded and hilly foothills of the Rothaar Mountains. The quiet location at the edge of the forest is an ideal starting point for hikes, cycling tours and other sports activities.
Beautiful meadow orchards with various fruit trees invite you to linger.
You'll be completely at ease in the spacious and comfortable holiday home, which is 80 sq. m. in size and has its own exterior entrance. Enjoy the sunny hours of the day on your own terrace or in the natural garden and forget the daily grind. On the grounds, which comprise a total of 1,300 sq. m., there is a lot on offer for children. In the garden, you'll find playing equipment, a bonfire area and a small stream. In the woods, which are directly in front of your doorstep, there is always something new to discover.
The closest baths are only 2 km away (Börmighäuser Lake). From the holiday home, you'll find the playing ground at a distance of 80 m and the pubs at a distance of 200 m. The summer toboggan run, the high rope course or the recreation swimming pool with sauna are also worth a visit. The world-cup ski resort Willingen can be reached within minutes by car. Trips to Diemelsee (14 km), Twistesee (23 km) or Edersee (20 km) can also be highly recommended.

Nice house, beautiful garden, hospitable owners, wonderful surroundings!
A beautiful spot on the edge of the High Sauerland. In principle, the house is fully equipped and tidy, with a nice garden. Highly recommended!
We searched more sites, but each time came back to Belvilla, The site is well-arranged and clear, After filling in the desired holiday, it is immediately clear what the total costs are, The most attentive was a few weeks after booking we received a handwritten card with a thank you for booking,
Very nice house with more than enough space. everything is present. with very good wifi. It was just a shame that they switch off the WiFi between 11 am and 7 am.
We have found a gem! Cottage is fully equipped and we especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. Quiet location on the edge of the village. Owners are very nice and give you complete privacy. We always had the garden to ourselves, they sit on the balcony above. The children played a lot with water for 2 weeks, were allowed to use 2 steps and there was also plenty of toys inside. Environment is very nice, with the ski lift up the mountain in Willingen is fun. Day Edersee with castle, dam and aqua park. In terms of beach, we thought the Diemelsee was great. We did groceries and food in Usseln. Had a great holiday!
We have had a fantastic week behind us. Very welcoming and friendly. The area is beautiful and there is plenty to do in and around Rhena. Even the kids loved it. Highly recommended to go once.
