This modern apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located in an apartment complex right in the center of the holiday resort Leogang, directly in the well-known ski area Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and one with a bunk bed), a second bathroom and a balcony. The apartment complex also offers a ski storage room and underground parking.
The holiday resort Leogang in Salzburgerland is located at 788 m above sea level in a valley basin, the long Leogang Valley. Surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, the place is a very good starting point for an active holiday in Pinzgau and offers lots of outdoor activities.
In winter, the free ski bus, which stops almost on the doorstep, takes you to the famous Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with a total of 270 kilometers of slopes. Alternatively, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See offers 77 kilometers of pistes and with the season starting in October, you can expect 61 kilometers of pistes in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. There is also a piste directly in town, which is often open in the evenings. You can reach it on foot (200 m).
In the Saalfelden - Leogang region there are 3 bathing lakes for lots of swimming fun in summer: the idyllic natural bathing lake Ritzensee, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden and the Sonnrain leisure facility in Leogang.
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, as well as a large selection of restaurants.

Belvilla, a lot of good houses on offer, Booking easy to follow or change via my Belvilla,
the accommodation was very good, unfortunately the apartment was not as clean on arrival as you would have expected, especially since you paid a cleaning fee of € 95. The surroundings were very nice, everything was within walking distance and the ski bus was only 50 m from the ski Basement was very positive
The area is very beautiful. The accommodation was great. However the accommodation was cleaned very poorly. The kitchen in particular was very dirty. Both in the oven, microwave, cutlery drawer, fridge and on the hob were very many food leftovers. Also, no cupboard or beneath the couches and beds had been cleaned recently. The water in one of the showers did not drain at all. A closer inspection revealed that the drain was completely clogged with hair. I have removed a quantity of hair from 10 by 10 by 10 cm. Given the price for cleaning, that should be much better. If you have been on the road for more than 14 hours you are not waiting for a major cleaning immediately after arrival.
Location and check in Key pick up is 1 min walk away at a nearby hotel, easy check in. Location is perfect, ski bus stops at end of road, supermarket 3 min walk away and restaurants within walking distance (granted not many - its a quiet town). Apartment Clean and tidy on arrival. The main bedroom is big enough and the second bedroom is also a good size. Both have a bathroom available to them. The third bedroom is a bunkbed room attached to the main bedroom. If it is children staying in there that belong to the people staying in the main bedroom then this room is fine. Anyone else and it would be unsuitable as you need to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bunk bed room.
We have been skiing in Austria for almost 25 years and we have now been to this accommodation for the second time. It is certainly recommended. Neatly cared for and everything you need is present.
