The house, which is located directly behind the Hotel Restaurant Schönau, was renovated inside and out in 2018 and offers a high level of living comfort, but also no frills. Quiet yet central, as the Postbus and ski bus stops are right at the front of the street. The highlight of the house is the fantastic courtyard, which was complemented in 2020 by a new seating area with a fireplace. You can catch the first hours of sunshine in the morning on the balcony and enjoy the evening sun on the south-west-facing terrace. Always with a marvellous view of the Churfirsten. You reach the house directly via the garage, which also offers plenty of storage space for your utensils. The living and dining area is completed with a fully equipped kitchen.
